• This precision performance mincer includes 2 cutting plates - fine 4mm and coarse 8mm, plus a food pusher and key for safely guiding food and an ultra powerful suction base that will keep the mincer fixed in place
• Sausage nozzle attachment also included
• To grind, stainless steel knife must be placed with the sharp edge flat against the fine/coarse cutting plate
• For sausages, place the sausage nozzle at the end of the grinder to fill sausage casings
• Handwash only, dry immediately
• Add vegetable oil to stainless steel blade to increase their lifespan
