Overview

The Sky-Watcher Heritage 76mm Dobsonian is an excellent choice for beginners and children, providing simplicity and ease of use-an ideal gift for young astronomers. Equipped with a 5x24 magnification finderscope and two 1.25' eyepieces, this telescope comes fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. The telescope's optical tube design is historically significant, reminiscent of Galileo and his conflict with the Catholic Church. Galileo Galilei's advocacy for the heliocentric theory, where the Earth revolves around the Sun, led to his denouncement by the Roman Inquisition, facing accusations of heresy and retracting his theories.
