Overview

Introducing the Nikon SB-700 Camera Flash, a compact, portable i-TTL Speedlight optimized for use with Nikon's Creative Lighting System (CLS). It delivers accurate flash exposures and seamless fill-flash capability under difficult, challenging lighting situations. The Nikon SB-700 Flash locks in a specific flash output on the main subject, regardless of aperture, composition or the lens' zoom position (with select Nikon digital SLR). The SB-700 flash has a large, bright LCD display with easy to read menus and intuitive controls.

The wide-area AF illuminator of the Nikon SB-700 allows for accurate autofocus in low-light situations while the flash color information provides more accurate color renditions and white balance accuracy on CLS compatible D-SLRs. The SB-700 camera flash can be used on-camera and as a wireless remote light source. It provides a wide zoom range covering 24 to 85mm expands to 14mm with built-in wide-flash adapter.

The Nikon SB-700 Camera Flash has bounce capability with a rotating flash head. It rotates 270o degrees and tilts 90o degrees to help reduce background shadows and allow for creative light control. The Auto FP High Speed Sync Mode is available with Nikon CLS compatible cameras with high-speed sync capability.
