Overview

The Sigma 95mm WR (Water Repellent) Circular Polarizer Filter is designed to reduce unwanted reflections and glare caused by polarized light from non-metallic surfaces. Natural sunlight often scatters into haze due to polarization from air molecules, but this filter aligns and filters out this polarized light, making it perpendicular to the reflected light. As a result, it effectively absorbs a significant portion of such light, leading to a noticeable reduction in glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces. Additionally, it enhances the saturation of skies and foliage for more vivid and striking results.
