The AXTOMI2 by Axxess Interface is an amplifier retention interface that allows the factory OEM amplifier to be retained in various Mitsubishi vehicles when upgrading to an aftermarket headunit. The interface retains audio balance and fade functions and provides handbrake, reverse trigger and speed sense outputs which are used when installing various aftermarket audio visual headunits. While the interface does include a harness specifically for various Mitsubishi Vehicles, it is not a complete plug and play solution, a number of wires need to be connected between the AXTOMI2 and the aftermarket headunit, it is recommended that wires are soldered for the best connection.
