Overview

AXTYAMP2 steering wheel control (SWC) interface allows you to retain steering wheel controls in your Toyota when upgrading to an aftermarket headunit. Designed specifically for Toyotas with JBL OEM Amplified Systems, this harness will also retain the factory amplifier including the balance function. The interface also includes AUX retention allowing the vehicle AUX to connect to compatible aftermarket headunits with rear AUX inputs. The steering wheel control interface includes a harness that is fitted with a vehicle specific plug designed to connect directly into the existing wiring in the vehicle with ease. Connection between the interface harness and aftermarket headunit needs to be hardwired, this interface is not compatible with the Aerpro Plug and Play ISO harness system. The interface also requires programming, complete installation instructions are included in the kit.
