On the evening of 10th July 1998, set against the imposing backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, Jose? Carreras, Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti were joined by the Orchestre de Paris and conductor James Levine for a spectacular evening of sight and sound, enjoyed by an enthusiastic audience of hundreds of thousands of spectators and a television audience estimated at nearly two billion viewers.

Marking the 25th anniversary of the event, Decca presents a special edition bringing together the original CD album and the complete concert on DVD, including artist interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
