Bushmills 2011 Sauternes Casks The Causeway Collection 2021 Release

Part of the distillery's extensive Causeway Collection from Bushmills, this triple distilled Single Malt is the 2021 Limited Edition release.
This whiskey was distilled on 22^nd August 2011 and re-casked on 28^th March 2019 before being bottled at cask strength in 2021. It has been matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks and finished in Sauternes wine casks.

    Nose:    Sweet, grainy, plum, raisin, milk chocolate.

    Taste:    Sweet and fruity, then big spice swell, again youthful.

    Finish:   Medium to long, Spices, oak, condensed sugars.
