This is Ichiro’s Malt & Grain Classical Edition Japanese Whisky, blended by Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu Distillery. He travels to find casks to perfect his blend in addition to his Chichibu Single Malt.

    Nose:     Gentle smokiness, oak, vanilla and caramel.

    Taste:    Sweet spices, fruity notes, oak, sherry, earthy.

    Finish:    Medium, fruity and spicy finish.
