This Single Malt Irish Whiskey from Bushmills was matured in three different types of casks. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 Year Old was aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of aging and maturation.

    Nose:    Sherry, port wine, sweet Madeira flavour all available but all very subtle.

    Taste:    Soft fruity attack, honey, some sherry, a lot of spice.

    Finish:   Soft, medium-length fruity finish.
