Glenlivet 21 Year Old The Sample Room Collection

At the heart of The Glenlivet is the Sample Room, their creative epicentre. A place of continuous improvement and creation, this is where Glenlivet’s makers spend their time crafting, testing and refining their whisky until they achieve the finest balance. The Sample Room Collection includes an 18 Year Old, a 21 Year Old and a 25 Year Old Single Malt.
The 21 Years Old expression was Triple cask finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry, Tronçais oak Cognac and Vintage Colheita Port casks.

    Nose:    Caramelised pears and juicy peaches, spicy notes of cinnamon and fragrant nutmeg.

    Taste:    Complex, fruity and spicy, with notes of dried apricots, juicy sultanas and chocolate- coated ginger.

    Finish:    Long and rich with warming spice.
