Confiscated release, from Kentucky Owl, pays tribute to the barrels the government seized from Dixon's great-great grandfather, C.M. Dedman, just ahead of Prohibition. Those barrels were never seen or tasted again.

    Nose:    Hints of peach, mature oak, vanilla, and tobacco with aromas of cardamom.

    Taste:    Spicy oak, peaches and cream, and cinnamon butter.

    Finish:   Herbal notes and lots of spice, rounded off by nutmeg.
