Amahagan Edition No. 3 Mizunara Wood Finish is the third in the World Malts series, produced by Nagahama Distillery. The whisky finished its maturation in Mizunara casks, the famous Japanese oak.

    Nose:    Fruity, oranges, some lemon peel, apricot, passion fruit, jam, also wet hay, spices, vanilla, honeydew.

    Taste:    Little punchy, fruity, good sweetness, orange juice, lemon peel, tangerine, grapefruit, little spicy, pepper, little oak wood, ginger.

    Finish:   Medium long, warm, spicy, zesty, fruity, peppery.
