Amahagan Edition No. 5 Sherry Wood Finish is the fifth in the World Malts series, produced by Nagahama Distillery. The whisky finished its maturation in sherry casks.

    Nose:    Fresh, fruity, citrusy, orange peel, some vanilla, marzipan, hay, spices, pepper, some peach and apricot, honeydew, cinnamon.

    Taste:    Fruity, vanilla, little creamy, spices, honey, subtle sweetness, some cinnamon, hints of sherry wood, toffee, caramel, pepper, some herbs.

    Finish:   Medium long, warm, spicy, little woody, honey, caramel.
