Founded by the late legendary master distiller Lincoln Henderson and his son Wes, it s known for pioneering the barrel-finishing trend in American whiskey.

Using hand-selected barrels that have been imported from the Douro region of Portugal, every barrel holds its own nuanced flavor profile. We blend Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey between 4-6 years prior to finishing in a single Ruby Port barrel for another 3-6 months. The result is a palate of cherry, brown sugar, and dark chocolate notes with olfactory notes of vanilla and stone fruit.

In April 2025, Scott Allan of TWL and Brock Tregellas of WHA toured Kentucky with a group of our Aussie bourbon lovers, and picked a few barrels exclusively for Australia while they were at it. This Angel's Envy is one of the more exciting ones, being the first ever private selection single barrel ever done just for Australia! With notes of creme brulee, grilled peaches, and graham crackers, it'll transport you to the heart of America (just without the plane ticket!).
