Through decades of experimentation, our artisans have discovered that Mizunara only reveals its most enchanting characteristics after 25 years of maturation. Mizunara casks make up less than 1% of Suntory s total casks. Yet Yamazaki 25 Years Old Mizunara is matured in Mizunara casks, and nothing else, for 25 years. Every second of those years is spent developing a deep relationship between this precious oak and spirit, from which emerges enchanting properties that express Mizunara at its peak. The result is a precious spirit quite unlike any other.

Artists understand that challenging paths open up new realms of possibility. Our oeuvre is forged in Japanese oak. Close grained and permeable, Mizunara is notoriously difficult to sculpt into casks. Tasting Notes:
