Each tablet contains Magnesium glycinate 500mg, Total Magnesium 100 mg, Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry ext. 50mg, from Dry fruit extract dry 500mg, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) Root Dry ext. 200mg, from dry root 1g, Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus) seed dry ext. 8.34mg, from dry seed 250 mg
