Blackmores Deep Sleep is specially formulated with valerian, ziziphus, hops and magnesium to support deep and restful sleep. Adults take 2 tables once a day 30 minutes to an hour before bed time.

Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 75mg) 363 mg, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. dry seed 5 g, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry root 1.2 g , Humulus lupulus(Hops) extract dry conc. 40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200 mg.

DOSAGE:

Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
